Rotary Smiles offers the opportunity for free orthodontic care to individuals who cannot afford braces. Simply by completing a short application, qualified applicants will be entered to become one of three recipients! We built our program to meet the needs of individuals who wouldn’t typically have access to funds for orthodontic care.
MY FOREVER SMILE® BRACES SYSTEM is an accelerated braces system. On average, patients wear braces just 10-16 months!

Meet the Team:
Dr. Donald J. Sabourin, DDS
Dr. Sabourin graduated in 1995 from University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree. He went on to University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor and graduated with a DDS in 2001. He worked in community dentistry from 2001 until 2003 when he founded his private practice. Dr. Sabourin has been a global lecturer training dentists, and orthodontists on accelerated orthodontic technology. Dr. Sabourin is one of the founders of My Forever Smile offices.
Dr. Sabourin is originally from Flushing and currently resides in Bay City with his wife, Ashley, and their daughter. They have a German Shepherd, Isabel, and one rescue cat, Frank. Dr. Sabourin is a car collector and historical architectural enthusiast.
Bay City Morning Rotary Club
The Bay City Morning Rotary Club is located in historic downtown Bay City, Michigan.
Our Club was chartered in 1990 and is part of Michigan District 6310.
